§ 3 Stock data

DEL-KO GmbH collects and uses personal data of a customer without further approval for processes only to the extent of contract as well as to the accounts as necessary. As a rule become name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and bank connection as well as access call signs of the customer stored (stock data). These data are collected by means of electronic order forms.

§ 4 Usage data

DEL-KO GmbH customer personal information will be provided to the customer as soon as possible upon request by the customer free of charge. Upon request, information can be provided to the customer electronically.
